ScholarshipsA-Z is looking for our next Executive Director!
As we continue growing our work alongside undocumented youth and immigrant communities in Southern Arizona, we’re excited to begin the search for a leader who will help guide ScholarshipsA-Z into its next chapter.
ScholarshipsA-Z is a Tucson-based nonprofit organization who transforms barriers into access for Undocumented Youth across Arizona. Since 2009, we’ve worked alongside Undocumented youth to build pathways to scholarships, higher education, leadership development, entrepreneurship, advocacy, and community. Today, our team consists of eight staff members who believe in shared leadership and collaboration.
We’re looking for a community-rooted leader who is passionate about immigrant justice, promotes institutional equity and deeply committed to supporting both our staff and the larger immigrant community. The Executive Director will lead the organization’s fundraising, strategic planning, staff development, and community partnerships while working closely with the Executive Team and Board of Directors.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Tucson, Arizona.

Who should apply for this role? People who are:
- People with direct ties to the Undocumented experience
- Local to Tucson or have strong relationships with immigrant justice organizations in Southern Arizona
- Strong knowledge of Arizona immigration policies
- Experienced in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, organizational development, or community organizing
- Passionate about supporting undocumented youth and educational equity
- Experienced in mentoring and building youth leadership
- Former ScholarshipsA-Z volunteers, alumni, or community partners
- Black, indigenous, people of color, women, queer and trans/gender-nonconforming people, individuals with disabilities, (im)migrants, and people from other historically underrepresented communities.
