Gerardo Aguilar (He/Him/Él) was born in Mexico City, México. Gerardo has always harbored a deep passion for supporting and uplifting underrepresented communities, a commitment that has only grown stronger over the years. His journey led him to the University of Arizona, where he found a meaningful role in the Office of Early Academic Outreach. In this capacity, Gerardo has been instrumental in creating pathways to higher education for low-income, K-12 students, providing them with resources, guidance, and support to help them navigate the complexities of the college admission process and succeed academically. In May of 2024 he graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelors in Science in Software Engineering with a minor in Computer Science and Spanish.
