José Luis Perez Sanchez is an Undocumented immigrant College Student, born in Guaymas, Sonora, México. He has been involved with the immigrant movement since 2018, by co-creating a high school club, “Existo,” that empowers immigrant students to find support in the community. After being part of ISH Cohort 2 and 3, José became actively involved with ScholarshipsA-Z and currently works as the Educator Justice Coordinator. In 2024 he graduated from Grand Canyon University with a Bachelors in Science in Behavioral Health Studies with a Spanish Minor.
